Tailored Induction: We want our staff to feel valued, confident and empowered within their role which is why we invest and provide a full induction for everyone followed by structured training and support to ensure that you feel confident in your new role. 

You’ll be introduced to the team and you’ll be provided with all the information you need regarding who we are, what we do, and your employment with us. 

Your induction will then be tailored to your role and can include informal ‘meet and greets’ with the clients you’ll be working with and we will work together to continue and to ensure you are equipped with all the essential skills you need.

Training & Development: We want to help you develop professionally and personally and therefore all staff are asked to complete some mandatory training so that you are equipped with the basic knowledge and skills to perform in your new role safely. 

You’ll also be encouraged to take up a wide range of development opportunities and expand your experience and knowledge. You’ll have regular one-to-ones to discuss your career aspirations, and we’ll work with you to identify learning needs. 

Ongoing Learning Support: We’ll do what we can to support you in studying for professional qualifications and certificates relevant to your role in order to help your continued learning.
